Hi!

To run alongside my regular (well, not so regular lately…) blog but with more of an 80s retro flavour, I’ve created this: The 80s Blog!

The idea is that while my usual blog has become cluttered with completely non-retro content, this blog can remain a bastion of all that is great about the greatest decade ever.

Hopefully, if I remember to update it often enough, I’ll start to include regular features which will probably include some, one or fewer of the following:

* 80s woman of the moment (as soon as I think of a 4th person to win it)
* Retro game revival – a reminder of a favourite game of mine from the 80s, probably starting with jetpack.
* 80s song that I can’t get out of my head of the moment. Catchy title that
* Forgotten 80s TV programme

I’m going to set myself the objective of updating once a week at first. If that goes well I might go for twice a week. I might even pick up one or two readers along the way. Or not.
